TIFL Education is seeking a talented and versatile Content and Communications Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
  • Draft, edit, and finalize official letters, reports, and other formal correspondence.
  • Develop compelling and engaging editorial content for our TIFL website, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Generate creative written content for various purposes, from internal communications to external campaigns.
• Social Media & Marketing:
  • Create and curate high-quality content (text, visuals, campaigns) for all office social media platforms.
  • Design and produce impactful posters, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Strategize and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Event Management:
  • Plan, organize, and execute a range of office events, from small internal gatherings to larger external functions.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, promotional efforts, and on-site execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, communications, marketing, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts for an organization.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing materials.
• Proven ability to plan and execute successful events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
